About Ferenc Joó

I am a financial services advisor specializing in retail banking and insurance across Central and Eastern Europe, with over 20 years of experience in Austria and the CEE region.

Previously, as Group Managing Director at Addiko Bank and Raiffeisen Bank International, I led regional transformation initiatives covering retail banking strategy, unsecured lending growth, CRM, and product portfolio redesign. My work includes IPO-enabling initiatives, cross-border provider tenders, as well as large-scale transformation programs like card issuing and processing, bancassurance partnerships, CRM solutions, and lending platform implementations.

Today, I advise banks, insurers, fintechs, and PE/VC investors on strategy, partnership structures, product innovation, and complex multi-country initiatives across the CEE region. I combine hands-on program leadership with deep industry knowledge to design solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.
